.....EG OEM header.... having figment issues with flange
I just got a 1995 civic LX.
I needed to get a OEM header cause the old LX one got busted.
I thought at all D series where the same "flange" but when I matched up my OEM honda exhaust manifold gasket up to this D16 one... ALL of the holes were off by 3-4mm
I was like WTF..
I lined up the same Gasket to my HF manifold it was fine.
So I need to know.................................. WHAT header would fit my EG sedan perfectly with all bolts and lengeth to cat?

WTF.... I didn't know that a exhaust gasket is different when backwards....
but that still doesn't explain why it (OEM gasket) would match my d series turbo manifold and not the new D header I just got.

I know on B-series gaskets, some of the holes don't line up correctly if the gasket is reversed, though I have no direct experience with D-series gaskets. The fact that it fit one manifold and not the other could possibly be because you had the gasket positioned the correct way for one and reversed for the other. Again, I'm not 100% certain that this is true for D-series gaskets, but it is one potential explanation.
