It will definately work. I'm using one right now.

The only differences between my USDM (LX 5-speed cluster) and the JDM clusters as far as connections go is that the JDM one is missing the connecters for SRS indicator and something else. The two big connectors (aka the IMPORTANT ones) are wired exactly the same for the USDM and JDM.

You probably can. Those auto clusters are a steal. Got mine for like $90 shipped and apparently this guy got it for even less. Compare it to a USDM Ex cluster selling for like $120+ on ebay and you've got yourself a deal!

Yup I have the same cluster in my eg right now. It just sucks that the amber lighting isn't too bright. I'm gonna change em soon, anyone know the bulb sizes off hand?

I was wondering why no one corected him. I had one in my car.
Upgraded to the eg6 sir-s or sir-g or whatever the upper model is.
It has the amber with the backlighting. Its bright. I would still
prefer mph over km/h.

Yes and no. It is an auto cluster but I guess someone in japan swapped it out with a 5spd gas and temp guage. The back of the cluster does have the box behind it for the p r n d 2 1.
