Default EG Intake duct.

My friend in Saitama just got this for his EG6.
A NACA style intake duct that fits entirely within the confine of the oem grille, exactly where the jdm driver/usdm passenger oem fog light would be.

Just thought i'd share, since there have been many topics regarding these sorts of parts lately.

EDIT: Installed pics soon.

Ive seen those before I think Back Yard Special made them. But they were intended for brake cooling.

Looks ok, from how you described it, I hope it isn't as bulky as the J's piece.

Sam Higashi's ENDLESS/5Zigen EG has one I think...I'll look for pics.

Edit schmedit: Here's the pic but it's hard to see it. I'm not sure if it's the same as the white one in the original post.

Sam has the J's piece. That bulges out quite a bit (shows off the cf weave). The one I mentioned fits just like the oem foglight housing.
