Default EG and EK clutch pedal/master cyl any difference?

I did a search and couldn't find anything. I have 2 EG front clips and i have a customer with a 98 civic ex that we are ordering the parts to do a auto-manual conversion. I don't have the car to look at so i can't tell if there is any difference in EG-EK as far as the mounting of the pedal or design of the master cylinder. Any help. Thanks Dan at Import Motor Specialists.
