eg and ek axles?

eg and ek axles?
I searched and didn't really find anything. Does anyone know if the ek sohc axles will fit in an eg sohc. both are stick. Also is the auto axles different then the manual axles. cause i put one from an auto and it didn't reach....

Yes, they will fit as long as both of them are the same series motors (IE D series, B series, etc..)
As for the auto and manual, I don't think so because I believe the differential is fatter
