Default EG cluster issues

Hi i ordered a JDM cluster for my 92DX, everything plugs in but i have 1 wire(green) that is all by itself on the cluster that I have no idea where it goes..Everything works on cluster except my tach...


Hete is a pic hopefully that will help...any info is appreciated

green wire deff dosent look stock?..idk..maybe someone wired an aftermarket tach to the back of the stock tach instead of the blue wire coming out of ur dizzy..and it fucked up tach on the stock clustor? idk.

Looks UKDM to me

JDM shouldn't have the yellow connector for the SRS... hope didn't rip you off

okay well all i can says is plugn in the stock harness. follow the trace, that goes to the tac wire to the tac hookup connection. then use a trace wire to complete/fix the broken circut.

I agree the JDM clusters have white faces.

Anyone use the EKDM cluster?.. Im not to worriesd it is UKDM as long as it works. Anyone know the factory wires for the tach? ..Colors and such? Or have a link to a Honda Manual?

why doesn't you just swap all the gauges out with your stock cluster. just like converting a dx cluster to si, and keeping your stock dx cluster.. it should be no different.

tried that but wont work housings are diff since i didnt have tach in original. Still searching for answers...

First off, it is USDM with a JDM speedometer and cluster bezel. The wire that's soldered there goes to pin B9, which is the pin for the trunk ajar light (which is also green). Why they soldered it there is beyond me.

Only the EG6 had white faces, everything else was black with red needles.
