edelbrock turbo kit

Default edelbrock turbo kit

school money came in!!! so now i plan on turboing(sp???) my 99 si...i like the edelbrock kit because it seems to be hte most complete, but im having trouble finding info about it. does anyone have this on their si...possibly post some dyno numbers, and also does this kit keep your ac. (daily driver....word) thanks for the help

talk to user Maurader aka Roger, he has the very first edelbrock turbo kit on his car(since he works for Edelbrock). yes you can retain the a/c system. Last time I talked to him the b16 kit should have somewhere in the 220-230 hp range. Look at the edelbrock website if you want anymore info.

I also wanted this kit, very complete, high quality parts used, ball bearing turbo. Good stuff. But unfourtunaly I couldn't affort the $4,000 price tag

i read everything on the website, and i like this kit because it is very complete, but i wish they had a dyno chart for the b16, numbers are always reassuring. The site is also kinda vague, about ac fitment and other things so i was hoping to ask someone that had it about the quality and their satisfaction or dissatisfaction. thanks players!!!

I do know that it is AC compatible.

AC, Power Steering, Cruse Control are all retained with this kit. Also there is a secondary O2 bung in the down pipe in case down the road you want to add a Wide band O2 sensor. This kit will make 220 Through a good OEM cat. Do not use a High flow cat, your boost will raise to about 10+ PSI. The Fuel and timing maps on the Piggyback Motortron controller are not designed for 10+ PSI.
