ECU's? VTEC vs. VTEC-E

if i grabed a ECU from a Z6 .. and put it on a 1.5l d15z1...

will it work? or is there a major diff.?

will it work? yes. but the fuel/ignition maps and vtec point do not correspond to the vtec-e . also it will not control the EGR and if you're using a 5 wire 02 on the z1 then you'll also get a code there.
