ECU Mystery
Hey guys,
So I just swapped a B20b in my 2000 SiR and learned that I could use my same harness OBD2b but would have to come up with a 99-00 CRV ECU OBD2b. I had trouble locating a 99-00 ecu in my area that was manual, I was going from scrap yard to scrap yard with no luck. I would always find old 98 CRV's so I got curious and took a look to see the ecu. I have heard that some of the older models of that year were changed over to OBD2b! Took the ecu out and it had the same plug layout as a OBD2b with plugs for A/B/C/. What I am trying to figure out is that the D receptacle is supposed to be blank for OBD2b ecu's but it has pins haha. So what exactly did I find and what is the 4th/D receptacle for?
Thanks,
