Default ECU

My Civic has not started for a while posted a couple treads and got help figuring out one of the problems I had and couldn't figure out the other one, so I took it in to get looked at and they told me that my ECU is shot and I need another one, they gave me a number, 37820 P06 A02, but I don't know what all of it means. The only thing familiar to me is the P06 but that is only from reading threads on swaps, don't really know much about any of this. Just looking for some advise and insight.

That part number is for a 92-95 Civic DX/LX 5-speed ECU. The part number is also on your old ECU.
