Dual Bend Short Shifter and Armrest
Hi everyone,
I have a 98 Honda civic EX. I was planning on buying a dual bend short shifter. I usually drive with my right arm on the armrest. I was wondering if having a dual bend shifter will make me not get to the **** while having my elbow on the armrest. I am 6 ft.
I can get a single bend aswell but I thought that being shorter I would have to twist too much my wrist.
Any experiences with these ergonomic concerns?

Re: Dual Bend Short Shifter and Armrest
I had a BLOX dual bend in my 2000 hatch and an armrest. I am also 6ft tall.
I don't think I could reach the shifter with my elbow on the armrest while in gears 1, 3, or 5. With the shifter in gears 2 or 4, it was reachable.
The EK armrest is too far back.
