Driveshafts, confused, help?
Ok im really confused about axles on my 92 civic cx hatch. im putting in a ZC bottom end with Z6 head, using the S20 tranny out of an EX.
Concerning the axles, i know i need a passenger and driver side axle right? now do i need a half shaft/intermediate shaft? and the halfshaft/intermediate shaft is the part that connects the tranny to the driver side axle right???

i dont think u understood my question.
i have 2 axles already right? now do i need an intermediate shaft? the piece that connects the tranny to the driver side axle, because the tranny is farther away from the driver side?
reason i ask is because my accord didnt need one, but my bro's h22a has one. so does the sohc ZC/Z6 need one? i dont have my engine in yet, so i dont know if i do or not. and i dont know much about civics

just use the stock passenger and driver side axles from any 92 up d series, there is no intermediate shaft on any d series engine unless it is the dohc zc
