driver side bracket, help me

Default driver side bracket, help me

Ok i need some advise on the easiest way(if there's such a thing) to change this bracket, its the driver bracket that bolts to the block. the motor is in the car and i dont want to take it out to change this bracket, advise please

get a floor jack and wood block, slide jack with wood block under oil pan, slowly raise until engine just starts to move (meaning the jack is supporting some of the weight). use deep sockets on the vertical bolts with a breaker bar and regular sockets with breaker bar on the ones attached to engine. depending on what motor and accessories you have, you may have to remove additional belts or pumps out of the way.
