look what happened to my good friend andrews beautiful GSR hb a.k.a CLAIRE

we were driving threw petaluma california after some races......and while he was changing lanes in the middle of downtown a dick in a raised chevy truck accelerates and runs down the side of his car!!!
it is fully kitted with 17"volks and pearl white with GSR motor.
it was sucha sick car and the problem was is that he had no insurance! so he was technically at fault
but he already got new stuff except for a new door shell!
DAMN RAISED TRUCKS!

here in florida you need at least a PiP i think is called, that covers the other car if its your fault.

By looking at where the car was hit at, it looks like your friend drove straight into the truck. There is no way the truck could have just pulled up and hit it at that angle.

no the truck ran down the whole side of the car. the pic only shows the front of it. and he is stupid for not having insurance but he was driving it back from a shop where it was being fixed for 2 months so he didnt want to keep paying for not driving it, he was gonna get insurance the next day! bad luck i guess.
and it was completely the trucks fault......i saw it all he signaled to change lanes looked over started moving over then the guy was about a car length behind romped on it and then ran all the way down the side of him!!
look at the bent volk! so so sad!
ohh yah it ripped off his m3 mirror too so he put the stock ones back on.

that sux.. sorry to hear that.. so the guy in the truck didnt stop or anything? since your friend doesnt have insurance all the repairs are coming out of his pocket? OUCH!!!.. damn it would have been cheaper for him to pay for those 2 months of insurance while the car was in the shop... sorry to hear that = (.. hope it all works out

sounds like your friends car moved into the trucks lane which the plice would consider your friend at fault. Not trying to say anything bad about your friend or you, just 'know' alot of cops. plus I don't get why if it was the trucks fault, shouldn't he be paying for it? I mean I am sorry about your friends car and all but no insurance on something that seems to have alot of money into it just isn't smart thinkng.

Ha, atleast now he can paint it a normal color and put the non-rice **** back on. Guess thats the newest thing for riceboys to do---skip out on paying for insurance to get the newest reverse indiglo or triplex carbon fiber look wing or M5 power heated turnsignal mirrors (by the way if he had these maybe the hick would have seem him signaling to get into the lane-hehe).
Maybe he shouldnt have been street racing and maybe he wouldnt have been put into that predicament--he was prolly racing the truck anyways. Guess he all know who won that match!

hey is friend all down about it? if he is now is the time to get him to sell u the motor or sell it to me. that's gotta suck man...i would be laughin if there were Z3 fenders on there...cuz i'd love to see some Z3 fenders all ed up...but yeah i'm not laughin though...i drive a hatch myself...wouldn't like to see that happen to mine

what a shame. does sound a bit like your friend moved into someone elses lane. if the truck was raised and your friends car is on the ground, he could have easily not seen the signal. oh well, happens.


but look at it this way. a car shouldn't be on the road without insurance. this all could have been avoided if he left it at home or you drove.

hopefully you guys will have better luck next time.
