Door to Cabin connector/wiring pinout
I had to replace the connector that goes from the drivers door to the cabin/fender on a 96 civic EX coupe.
I got most of the same colored wires connected but I have a few that arent the same color and dont know where they should get connected to. Also, there are 4 wires coming from the car, but only 3 from the connector.
What I have let are these:
WIRE/STRIPE
COMING FROM THE CAR
WHT/GRN .25 MED SIZE
BLU/WHT .05 SM SIZE
YEL/RED 2.0 LRG
BLU/YEL
FROM CONNECTOR
BLU/WHT SM SIZE
BLU/WHT SM SIZE
BLU/RED MED SIZE
If anyone could give me some advise that would great. I've already tried looking for a pinout with no luck. I have the manual but the wireing diagram hasnt helped.
Thanx

i could be wrong, but it doesn't sound like the right connector.... do you still have the old one? why did you have to change it?

Re: Door to Cabin connector/wiring pinout (pdotjones)
Yeah I just pulled the connector inside the door and it doesnt match up. I guess the one I got from the salvage yard was from a 2000 ex.
I had to get a new connector because it is easier than soldering new pins or buying a complete harness new.
Going back to see if I can get the right connector.
