help i just put the motor in on the initial crank it just not turning over, so then i decided to time it..

with my cam gear notch saying and pointing "up" and, my dizzy pointed to #1 cylinder i tried again.. but this time it didn't even try to ignite.. so i turned it 180 degrees.. did it again..

i had the spark plug wire to the inside of the spark housing to see if it will arch and it did so i know im getting spark.. and i smell fuel on the spark plug everytime i pull it out.. so i know im getting fuel what could be the problems!!!

i need to get this thing running!!!
