DOHC ZC TRANNY
I need a new ZC tranny but i wanted to know which one is better A D16Z6 Tranny, Or a D16Y8 tranny, its going on a 94 coupe ex???? And which axles do I throw on there???

their both pretty much the same. (1.900 2nd for the 92-95, and 1.909 2nd for the 96+) The 92-95 have alum shift forks which can break if abused, and the y8 has steal shift forks which will bend if abused.
Buy the best condition one you can find between 92-00, and call it a day. (92-95 Si has .750 5th instead of .702 thats in the ex)
