DOHC VTEC timing issues.

well i have two b16's and i am having problems getting one in time, i have done everything i know, to correct the problem, but i would like for some of you more experienced people to give me some suggestions. thanks.

How about you give us the every thing you have done first, and then let us know if it is ignition timing or cam timing you are talking about.
