*FIRST OF ALL I DONT KNOW WHERE THIS BELONGS, SO PLEAS EMODERATOR HELP IF NEEDED, THANKS

Ok here i was searching auto trader and i came across a black 95 Civic Hatch, the "Si" model.

Let me know what you think, i also heard that it is WAY overpriced, is this true? And it looks like it was the OEM Greyish/Black (sorry dont know exact color) if you look on the door jams closely but then it looks freshly painted or well maintained?

Yes, it is a real SI.

Run a VIN on it for yourself.

I think it's overpriced because the car is 9 years old and stock.

For 6,000 you could find a Hybrid.

Yeah good idea on the Vin run, i cant believe i didnt think of that ha, thanks

Your right for a 9 year old civic with that kinda milage i think its worth a bit less unless it is like BRAND NEW condition, and that is still a stretch.

How much would you pay? or think it is worth, im gonna shout him an offer i think this weekend.

thanks

If you're set on a Hatch, I think that 5,000 is about it.

I'd probably pay $4500 max for that car depending on what condition the paint is in, the interior and if there's any rust.

I paid $5700 for my Black '92 Si with 72k miles with absolutely no rust, clean title, mint interior and it was originally owned by a 70 year old college professor.

I see you're from PA, so rust is going to be an issue. It's getting harder and harder to find Si's that aren't modded, so I guess it's up to you on whether you want to spend the money or not.

I'd check it out in person and go from there.

I would NEVER buy a Honda, an EG for that matter, for more than $4,000 UNLESS it had a swapped motor in it. You can find decent condition hatches for $2,500 if you look hard enough.
