Does anyone know what is involved with replacing a broken quarter window or...
I accidentally shattered my drivers side rear quarter window this morning on my EX Coupe.... I found a used window but have no clue what is involved with installing it, I called around and Diamond Auto Glass can replace it with a new window for $180 but if its not too hard I could save myself $100 by doing it myself, anyone have a write up or know what is involved / needed to replace a rear quarter window on a coupe???

its not hard but its not recommended if your not good working with your hands. all u do is completely remove the old glass and cement completely. you go out and buy a tube of window cement let the tube warm up a bit for easier application then just apply where the old glue was, then place new glass over it and let sit for 24 hours to fully cure

I just got an apt with Diamond Auto Glass, they only want $50 to install it and clean up all the broken glass, out the door $172, easier for me to just drop it off than have to deal with it!!! Thanks for the reply though, Matt
