Default Does anyone have experience with EJ8 water leaks in the trunk?

I have a 1997 Civic EX and it has had a problem with water leaking in the trunk since I have bought it. I know the exact source of where the water enters the trunk on the interior, but I cant find a seam on the exterior anywhere that would allow water to get inside the vehicle. I also have a leak coming from the firewall and pooling on the driver side floorboard. If anyone has any experience with fixing these leaks, any advice is appreciated, except "sell it" or "drill a hole in the floor" lol. Thanks, JD.

the floorboard sounds like your heater core is leaking. the trunk one is the drain hoses that run to the sides... i had that problem for over a year when i decided i was gonna find the fix!

open the trunk and you'll see holes on the edges. then take the carpet out of the trunk and on the walls of your trunk fenders there is hoses... one is probably lose or fell out of place... clean it out and hook it back up
