Default Does AC cause more timing?
Just curious if when you turn on the AC if the ECU bumps the timing or something?

No. You'll feel it kick on though, because it's putting more of a load on the engine.

Yeah I notice that for sure. But sometimes when I give it steady gas it all of a sudden picks up really good, almost like a bump in timing or something. Weird.

that "bump" you feel is ur ac kicking off and takeing the load off the motor.

Ok, so does the AC turn off when you floor it? then come back on when you let off?
