Do they make these skirts for 92-95 civics...
If so, where can I buy some from. Please help, I have been asking this question for a while.

Those look like side skirts made by Wings West.
Here's a pic of them from the WW site on their Integra.
The sideskirts they make for the Civic don't look the same, but they have a few to choose from that you make like.

No, but if you have a hatchback, they do fit.
