Do NGK ZFR5FIX-11 Iridium IX Spark Plugs need to be gapped?

Do NGK ZFR5FIX-11 Iridium IX Spark Plugs need to be gapped?
I know this may come off as a noob type question but I was informed years ago that NGK plugs came already gapped to OEM so I never gapped the V-Power plugs ive installed over the years and havent ever had issues. Do the iridium spark plugs beed to be gapped before i install them into a D16Z6 and a D16Y8? I bought sets for both my cars.
