Do I have an EGR Valve?
1994 Civic LX 4dr, 1999 Integra LS Transmission & Block, 1996+ Integra GSR Head/Manifold,
I'm like 90% sure that I don't have one, but I need to know!

Be glad you don't. My girlfriend's 96 Accord has been a bitch because of the EGR valve. Nothing I do will make that Check engine light go away (EGR code)
We have replaced it, cleaned out EVERYTHING to do with the valve assembly, took OFF the entire manifold and cleaned it till it was spanking new. On that year Accord, your able to uncrew a cover to allow access to the holes on the manifold that usually get plugged up. The car will be fine for a week after cleaning, but a week later the light comes back. We just said "screw it" and have left it like that. All seems fine.
