yes.
The si seats are a bit nicer.
The SI seats have more options, as of comfort.
You can tilt the part where you *** goes.
On regular civics you kent.

well it depends on what stock civic you are talking about. I have a 95 dx and the seats are pretty crappy. Si seats are tighter in the sides so they are better for racing and such cuz it keeps you in place on turns

SI seats are the same as most Honda seats. they just have lumbar and seat comfort adjustment. Get some R seats, much nicer. great for an OEM seat

i like the SI seats better...they are more comfortable in my opinion than stock 92 cx seats

Yea they do feel a little different the head rest and all and lil adjustments u can do to the seats and stuff. I had them on my eg before and it was great just they sat a lil high, but now i have type-r seats and they feel great and hug u more

the 99-00 SI seats r exactly the same as the rest of the civic seats. the only differences is they have a nicer upholstery and open head rest. anyone that says different is an idiot. i have a 99 EX and i bought a wrecked 00 SI and swiped the seats. when compared they r IDENTICAL. pure junk. if u want better seats go to integras. y buy a seat thats the same as the originals??? they r wide, tall and flat. completely no support in them.

Not the 96-97.
the civic seats before 99 are just nasty, they make my back hurt in long drives, and you can only adjust the back tilt, and back and forth thats it. no other options.

SI seats suck. I have them stock in my car and my friends hatch has some GSR's, I love them so much better. My back is chronically hurting from my SI's. They suck.

Si seats are garbage. anyone who wants them has not sat in them i bet. My girlfried has an 00 Si w/ 18k on it so i know they are not worn out. They suck. alot. road trips are ruined because of this oversight by honda. Sporty car but has worse seats than most trucks 3 years old. The older 92-95 ex and si seats were much better but i'm not sure if they bolt in. doubt it. Yes, GSR is the way to go for comfort and budget. Si seats are junk

EG seats are the best...even my LX sedan has really comfortable seats, and the EX/Si's are even better....EG seats rule

all civic seats from 96+ are the same, only difference is the headrest, so if you want si seats in your 96 civic all you need is the headrest, just like 94+ integras all seats are the same. even the type-r, the only difference is the fabric. go to the dealer and ask for your self.

The 99-00 SI seats sit higher up (about and inch) and also have the adjustable "***-pad". But they DO sit higher. Edit: this is if they're in a 92-95, I didnt realize you were talking about 96-98.

i personally would never buy then as an upgrade. 96+ civic seats are about as supportive as a lazy boy chair. in 1996 honda just got too average joe with the seats. buckets just ceased to exist that year and on.lol
