DIY Rear Lower Tie Bar

I read the article for the DIY rear lower tie bar for the Gen 3 Integra on TI, and was wondering if it's the exact same design for the 92-95 Civic and 93-97 Del Sol. Is there any difference in measurements, bolts, etc?

Got a link to the article? Rear lower tie bars can cost as little as $60.. is it worth the DIY approach?
