Re: (QUICKERSILV3R)
the coolest seats that i have seen out of a sol is some solid grey ones
they look like the sol seats with the grey stripe minus the grey stripe and they have a bit lighter color material

The JDM Recaros can eat my crap, theyre overpriced and not as good as the del sol seats. The del sol seats have better bolstering, look better, are cheaper, and sit you lower in the car. I hate overpriced JDM crap.

I think the only benefit of the recaro's are the thigh bolsters, and possibly the cut out for a harness (second one is pushing it), but definatly not worth the extra $1k+ ....

No, I have sat in them. I used to have Corbeau Seats in my car too. I hate the huge thigh bolster that kits you in the *** everytime you get in and out of the car. And I could have 10 sets of sols for what they cost. I'm not spending tons of money I could use twoards building my motor to get some seats because they're "JDM".

Not tryin to clown on bigger people sorry, just a fact but if your into auto crossing the sides on the recaros are very helpful. You don't move in your seat. You get what you pay for....

are these the ones that appear to have no stripe i mean the stripe is there just made out of the same material and same color as the rest of the seat if that makes sense? because thats the way mine are they are a darker color than most and the material is thicker i think it "grips" you better as well.
*edit the ones at the top of the page

Del Sol seats are nice, I have driven a sol for a brief period of time and also sat in an 6th gen with sol seats, quite low.
But I went with something else...

Re: (AzntaggeR)
I have a set of the leather ones. They happen to have water damage and smell slightly. I'm working on fixing that problem. Would anyone have an idea as to how to fix this? I took the covers off and tried soaking them down and letting them dry a couple of times. That seems to work slightly...but if there is a better way I would love to know! Thanks

Re: (pickle92)
Earlier someone questioned how easily they go in a eh (eg).
Someone said you ahd to switch the rails etc..
Mine bolted right up, no mods needed, three friends of mine also needed no changes to make theres work. So... they bolt-up.
btw- I have the bluish-grey with red stripe.
