dissapointmen =(
everyday on my way back from work I take a back road that is like a 2 miles long.. there is no one there because the warehouses are all close at that time... so I was coming on my eg and I wanted to see what the top speed was and it pick up 115 quick after that it took like 30 secs to to reach 120mph i was expecting much more from my b20 vtec with a lsd transmission... what do you guys think...

You shouldn't do that on the streets.....
Mine will pull from 90-130 fairly consistantly. After 130 it hardly accelerates(just over 135 is my record). I would have to have a really really long strip to get any higher than that. but I'm also N/A.

Re: dissapointmen =(
Oh, and get a turbo. My single cam can get up to 130 pretty quickly compared to some of my friends who are N/A b and h series.

It's true, as verified by my gps and realtime scanguage. The speedos are pretty close to correct below 40mph and then get progressively low. At a speedo indicated 70mph, my scanguage and gps both say 66, on my Civic, CRV, and old Accord. Same readings before and after I swapped from a y8 to a gsr, so this should effect Integras too.
At an indicated 80, the gps and scanguage say 75. At 90, they say 83.
Truefax. When I discovered that, I stopped wondering why I've never gotten speeding tickets since I got a Honda.
Anyway, OP, I think that's probably normal. Hondas just don't top out very high unless you're running a lot more HP than a stock B20V.
