Difference in oxygen sensors
What is the difference between universal and oem?
denso has both, the universal one you have to splice the wires yourself?

Re: Difference in oxygen sensors (DJ_SaNdOz)
I got universals from http://www.oxygensensor.com. They are the same as OEM, even made by the same manufacturer, but they don't come with the connector. You cut the OEM connector off, and splice it onto the universal. Not much work to save $150 over OEM.

Re: Difference in oxygen sensors (alotawatts)
Bosch invented the O2 sensor. I'm sure if you bought a Bosch one it would live up to the Japanese ones.

No, bosch sensors are pieces of **** - that is plastered all over this forum.
Get a denso and call it done. Universal if youre cheap and feel like a project, specific if youre lazy and want 0 problems
