Difference between VTEC and non-VTEC spark plug wires?

I was wondering if VTEC NGK spark plug wires for D series (RC-HE76 ) would fit a non vtec Dseries (D15b7), even though NGK gives part HE71 for non-vtec applications for most D series

The length of the stem thing that goes into the head and down to the plug may be different. Otherwise, nothing.
