didnt pass smog
hydro carbs too high-
just had espelir exhaust installed
on 93 civic coupe
im gonn try replacing the catalytic converter
plugs and wires and get my oil change
think this will take care of the problem
- im also swapn to a b18b
-should i just swap first and then get smogd?
