just curious, but you guys with detachable steering wheels would you say they were worth getting? I found one I like at a parts store but im debating about getting it or not. Are they hard or easy to install? Ive been doing some work on my civic with more to come so I was thinking it might help against thieves if I got one and took it off at night?

They are a more of a deterent not to steal your car but it can still be stolen if they want. I really wouldn't spend a whole lot on one as they look cheap unless you go sparco. But its what you like.
