heck no. I bought a Del Sol exhaust and it didn't fit my hatch. Very close and similar... but middle part had different bends and mounting locations were 3 or 4 inches away (it was off but not by too much, probably could use a coat hanger to hold it up lol )
the uglier one is my stock catback. It's rusted and I till need a new one. But the cleaner one is from a Del Sol.

they are not the same. I have a del sol with a apexi N1 hatch exhaust and it does fit somewhat. the only problem is that the axle back part rubs againest the control arm and the hangers rubs the frame. If you can deal with some rattling at low rpms then go for it. If not then go with a del sol exhaust.
