Default Del Sol suspension, what is the best setup?

Well, I just sold my Lincoln Navigator, and bought a 93' Del Sol Si(SOHC Vtec). Im trying to decide what the best suspension setup would be. I want to get the 96' spec Type-R conversion, and get some good coilovers and sway bars from there, but since its my first Del Sol ever, Im not really familiar with the cars ways. Ive had three EG hatchies, and a EK coupe, and I know the chassi is identical to the hatchies, but the fact it has a trunk changes a lot, because those damn EG6's always wanted to spin out on me! Even with one that I had a Tein Super Street, Sus. Tech. Sway bars, and F/R strut bars, and brand new Advans running on all four!! Anybody can give me pointers on what a good start would be, and brakes too! Its a real clean car, I got lucky Advice and ideas are welcome! Ill post pics of it soon, cuz I plan on doing before and after on this bad boy!

you sold a navigator for a sol? you do need help . anyways, ground controls, koni yellows, suspension techniques sway bars, itr beaks kit, tie bars + strut bars IMO. You'll be on rails. Also, any pieces you find that may stiffen up the chassis (h brace, traction bars, roll cage, etc...) will be a big help too.

yeah, that's cool. I would rather drive a kia debt free than a fast *** anything that i'm paying out the frame for. My best advice for the sol would be to take care of your weather stripping (get some spray silicone if it leaks), and be easy on your door handles (on the inside). Most common problems with it.

Do a full Prothane kit, sway bars (front & rear), and GC and Koni's.

Hey thanks for the suggestions! And thanx for the heads up on the weather stripping and door handles, I wouldnt have seem that one coming! Like I said, Im knew to the Sol. Doing the bushing up is a good idea, and I see the GC with koni's must be a good setup. Im trying to get great handling from this car, I want to take it autox-ing. And Im plan on doing a GS-R or B20Vtec done right of course. My friend blew his LS/Vtec cuz he was revving to 9grand with stock internals!! Gave up on him m
