you have to unbolt the whole rails and brackets and bolt them to the delsol seats . i put some in my eg hatch i love them a little hard and sits lower but i love them and everybody else does too.

I had that in my car for awhile, but the del Sol seats were like sitting on a concrete bench. Hurt my *** on long trips saddled w/ my then suspension consisting of Sustec c/o's and metal upper mounts... ouch.

GSR seats. Someday I'll get shells and harnesses and a roll bar but until I find $2k lying around, they're ok.

Can you show what you did? I swaped rails, but would like to use the DelSol rails to get a little lower.

for the fronts I cut them on the side and used large washers to close in the gap/difference, in the rear on the outer I simply enlarged it and bent it the same way stock civic rails are.

Right now im driving my EK, which is for sale, but the EG i just bought has no seats or motor. I am planning on doing all type r interior with a roll bar and harnesses, but until i sell my car, im using some del sol seats that were given to me to borrow. Thanks for the info.
