Do del sol seats bolt right in to a 93 hatch? Or do I have to swap something over?

I had to swap the rails with the stock seats.

You need to swap the inner rails.

Would you have to do it to fit into an eg because the write up was for a teg and I know you have to change the rails on some gsr seats to make them fit civics

92-95 Civic and 94-01 Integra seat rails are the same, therefore the process is the same.

true story, its pretty easy. just unbolt the rails from the old seats and bolt em on the new seats.
