I don't have the program on this computer right now, but mud guards are listed as an accessory.

I'm fairly certain they're discontinued though. Even '96-'00 Civic mudguards and floormats (the light and dark gray ones) are discontinued. In fact, most of the optional parts are discontinued.

Yeah, they are, and generally when you go into honda and ask thats what they'll tell you, push them a little harder to get them to actually check. When i went in looking for mudflaps for mom's '96 hatch they said discontinued and out of stock and I pushed a little harder and they checked and found a set at a wearhouse or dealership in montreal.
