del sol heating problems

ok now matter how long or hard i run it, it never goes past 1/4 temp and if i am just cruising (3000 rpm's or less) it blows cool air and never really gets warm.

any thoughts??

put cardboard on a portion of the radiator and see what that does it worked for me!
