Re: del sol drivers! (p1ccoloz)
Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR)
S - 2,310 lbs.
Si Sohc Vtec - 2,975
Si Dohc Vtec - 3,065
Drove alright stock height.. alot of sway.
lowered w/strut bar; alot better.. needs to be stiffer imo..

Huh? The GVWR value for the S doesn't seem plausible... it looks more like the curb weight. GVWR is the gross vehicle weight rating, that is the weight of the vehicle with the maximum allowed load (cargo and passengers). I expect the question was about curb weight, not GVWR, anyway.
The number I've usually read for my 94 Si is 2,414 lb curb weight, but Edmunds says it's about 100 lb lower. One of these days I'll get around to weighing it.

1 an SI at about 2400 at a drag strip when stock many years ago
2 like crap
3 Fully SCCA Street Prerared ready, I'm keeping up even with most of the integra's localy.
9lb 15" wheels, "full" coilover shock set, 6 strut-tie bars, master bushing kit + all the extra bushings in the rear, and a good rear sway bar makes it handle pretty well.
