Default Del Sol Door Problem

I have a 93 Del Sol and the doors do not close properly. They shut and latch ok but the doors no longer sit flush with the body. Anybody else have this problem or know the cause. I can see a minor dent under the door hinge but nothing to justify a one inch gap. I think it may have to do with the mechanism?

actually i'm noticing this aswell... Though earlier this year some one did slowly back up onto my fender and damaged part of my door shell that did get replaced... so maybe this has something to do with it.

Tell me something with the window rolled all the way down do you notice any rattling? but if you roll it up a centimeter it stops?

i have a 97 del sol btw.

Theres a way to adjust the doors so they sit properly, aka adjusting the hinges adjusting the strickers in the door area lots of things. Adjust that stuff and it should sit properly again.

I know exactly what your talking about. This happend to me and my old del sol. The door latch that is connected to the inner portion of the door started to rust and actually break off. my door would shut, but would still appear to be open.

well on my del Sol it was the latch on the frame that was a little worn it had a groove and once i replaced it the door shut nicely,

also don't you hate it when you go over a speed bump and the dome light turns on
