Default Del Sol Cluster

hey guys, Here's my problem. I have a 1993 Del Sol, which has no gas light, and i think the gas gage is slightly off. I would like to get a sensor and a light for the cluster to warn for low gas, is this possible? would i have to go to a junk yard and get one from another car? how would i go about this?

thanks, i dont like running my car dry b/c its a bitch to start after it runs out and gets refilled

You should just have to get a the different fuel level sensor, which would propably help out with your gauge to begine with and then a new gauge to put in there. The back of your cluster already has the wiring made into it for the light but your gonna have to scrap off some of the green stuff covering the terminal and just get a new bulb with holder to put in there. OR if you can get a new cluster altoghter while your at the yard it would be somewhat easier, You would simply just change out your Speedo guage so your millage would be correct. I also think the clocks on the 95+ look far less cheasy as well so. I would get the new fuel level sensor and a complete cluster and change out your mph gauge, New blulbs while its out, plug it in and your done. Its really a simple mod to do. If you need any help hit me up
