Decrease in gas mileage?
Recently I've noticed a decrease in gas mileage in my 99 Civic Ex with a b16a swap. It used to get 31 mixed town and highway, then it decreased to 29, then 28, and on this last tank I got 29 almost entirely highway, it should be higher. It happened about the same time a t'd into my fuel pressure regulator vacuum hose to hook my cruise control back up, could that affect it? I figured vacuum is vacuum but I could be wrong. I've changed my plugs and wires recently, but I've never changed the fuel filter, could this be it also? Thanks for your help.
No one has any ideas? My main question is just whether or not it's the vacuum t, I don't wanna start replacing stuff if i don't have to and it's just that t.

I might have mis-read this post but it seems you're bitching about a drop of 2-3mpg in mixed highway/town driving.
Am I reading that right?

It's gone from 31 mixed town highway to 29 almost all highway, used to be mid to high 30's all highway. I'm not bitching, just checking if anyone has heard of a decrease in gas mileage from a vacuum t off the fpr or not.
