Default Damage to Floor

About 2 years ago, my brother drove over a hammer on the freeway and that thing jumped up and dented my floor. Unfortunately, it hit right on one of the mounting points for my driver side seat so that mounting point is completely bent out of shape. is it possible to fix this?

i would take a propane torch and a mallet or ball peen hammer, first unbolt the seat an lift the rug to get it out of the way and heat up the metal and hammer away, some pics would help though

You are looking at a major project though, if you are gonna lift some of the carpet you have to pull a lot of trim. Also the carpet is held in the back by tape and some clips, some of the process is almost irreversable.
