Default D16z6 intake manifold on d16y7, HELP!

I'm not sure which plugs to plug up. I searched around a little bit and found out people only have been using the y8 manifold, not the z6. Its probably easier to, but has anyone put this manifold on this motor? Will any plugs be messed around, since its a OBD1 intake manifold? Any help would be appreciated.

Same way you put a y8 one on pretty much. THe only hole you might want to seal is the cruise control if it has one. Also, the iat sensor is now located on the intake manifold itself instead of on the intake arm or airbox.

So everything else just plugs right up? I don't need to switch up any sensors or anything? I'm worried about ripping it apart and not being able to put it back on

The iat is the plug that goes into the airbox i think, I'm turbo and I have that just hanging in my engine bay

Yes everything should plug right up. If you are using your stock y7 ecu you have to reuse your y7 throttle body along with a z6 throttle rotor which is where the throttle cable connects to on the throttle body.

Yes the iat is the plug that goes into the y7 airbox. Don't leaving it hanging around. There is a specific hole you plug it into on the z6 intake manifold.
