Default d16z6 to d15b ?'s

I have a d16z6 w/ i/h/e. I'm not a "racer" or anything. I just wanted my car to be a little quicker, so I got these bolt-ons. Anyway, my rings are about shot, and I'm nearing 100k hard driven miles. I'm looking in to a cheap fix (i.e. no B series). I've been considering getting the d15b longblock from h-motors online. I really don't know anything about this except it's a sohc 1.5 vtec that came in the vti.

I was wanting to know the specs, and if my header will fit. Will I run in to wiring problems, or is it a simple swap. Also, if I decide to get the greddy kit down the road will I run in to any problems w/ the manifold fitting or any other problems? Can I use my d16 mounts and ecu? Please let me know of anything else I might want to know. Sorry for all the questions, but thanks for the help.

Don't bother get a used D16Y7 long block and swap the head.
