Default D16Z6 Conversion From AT to MT

I acquired a Z6 for cheap knowing i'd have to convert it to manual from automatic. I had the parts, ( Flywheel, Clutch etc..) I read somewhere if i remember right, that i'd have to switch the intake manifold to a IM from a manual.

Would you guys recommend i use the B8 IM i have or get a Z6 IM for Manual transmission?

Second issues is the wiring on the engine. Should i swap it to a B8 Harness or keep the Z6 Auto. It won't be a problem to wire up Vtec on the B8 Harness. I just don't want to have problems in the future.

I would get the Z6 IM for Manual transmission to avoid headaches but of course is up to you.
