Default D16Y8 manifold swap problems

just got done swapping the D16Y8 manifold and TB onto my 98 dx hatch

how did you guys fix the IACV problem

I am staying OBD2 and the ecu wants a 3 wire iacv

but the manifold has a 2 wire

Do I need to put the D16Y7 TB on it and block off the 2 wire iacv on back of the manifold?
