Default d16y8 into 95 lx

I was just wondering if putting a d16y8 into a 95 civic lx is possible and if it would be much faster that a d15b7, I was also wondering how much it would cost for the full swap and were i should get it.

Staying D series isn't much of an upgrade. You're going to be making 20+ hp more for what like $1,000? Might as well turbo your stock motor for a $1,000 and have 60 hp+
