Absolutly None whatsoever, lol.
Its for tuning purposes, to fine tune performance, by either advancing or retarding the cam timing. Im not an expert with that stuff, youll have to ask someone who is.

50 billion hp. FI is the best way to go. dont waste your time on I/H/E well you'll need exhaust but the others are a waste. save your money and boost.

Other small goodies are worth the money
Upgrade to a better clutch such as Exedy or ACT
Upgrade the flywheel, this is often overlooked, and can make a world of a difference in the motors feel.
You'll obviously have to upgrade the exhaust for the turbo, its pretty much necessary, but i have also seen stock exhausts used on boosted single cam's, i woudlnt recomend it tho.
